This is a little trick to find easy followers on twitter. Go to Google and enter this search term:
site:twitter.com -m -explore I will follow you back

This will give you a list of twitter profiles of people who are very likely to follow you back instantly. Just go through the list and follow each of them. Here’s a direct link to the Google results page.
